Rooms were pathetic! We were a family of 3. The 3rd person was given a very hard bed to sleep on a "khatiya". The room was very disgusting. We had book it for 3 nights, but we preferred to change the hotel after the first night. Even the bathroom was small and not worth the price. Breakfast was very limited. We paid one guy from the reception to buy a stationary of 20rs. We gave him 100rs. He did not return the remaining money and kept the stationary at the reception only for us to take it. That's not honesty!! We would have tipped him from our good will. What he did was cheating. The lift is also very small. Only positive aspect of staying here it's the location. It's right outside the market. I do not recommend it at all!

This hotel was pretty awful. It was freezing cold and no hot water whatsoever. We did ask three times and we were told give it time. The workers slept in the reception area so the noise of them talking travelled through the hotel to late in the night. On the first night at 1am my friend told them to turn off the music, which they did. The whole hotel was dirty and run down. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable and location was near the metro. Staff did try and be helpful but there was always groups of men sitting around the reception area. We booked out after two nights of a three night stay. We would have left immediately but travel plans prevented us doing so.

I stayed at Paradise Inn with family. It was a nice experience as I like the hospitality. Well mannered and educated staff. Good food quality and just perfect location. Very near to Karol Bagh Market as well as Metro Station. Highly recommended for family, singles as well as for business traveler. Thumbs up.

best hotel services and easy checkin Visited with friends before 3 months and it was hassle free the room service boy was amazing he served every need in less time and laundry is also available they will charge for laundry but its ok affordable

Hotel is Exceptionally good. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Location is just next to Karol Bagh Market and walk able distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station. Staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is highly recommended for families as well as for singles.
